In 2023, we evolved into BMJ Legal Practice and proudly registered as a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), reflecting our commitment to growth and excellence.
The Law Firm as a whole centrifugally works for the NRI’s in the UK, Australia and USA, keeping its central point as India. The Law Firm works to help the NRI’s in the above countries to ease their stress and pressure by taking up matters and dealing with the matters in India. The Firm has tailored its working pattern both online and offline whereby clients in the above mentioned countries can consult our trained and experienced Lawyers either through phone or email and when necessary on Zoom calls and sort out the legal issues in India relating to property, applying and getting of Legal heirship certificate, mutation of property, litigations in the property and many more issues without making the clients to Travel to India often.

Mr.P.Babu is the Chief Consultant and Legal Adviser for BMJ Legal Practice LLP and has vast experience as an Advocate since 2002 in India. He has vast knowledge and experience in Civil and Commercial Laws, Property Laws with particular reference to property title scrutiny and documentation, Conveyance, Banking Laws, Consumer Laws, Labour Laws and he involved his excellence in Scrutiny of Documentation and Commercial Contracts. He has dealt with cases relating to Companies Act, Registration, Winding-up, Maritime cases, Testamentary Successions, Probate, Letters of Administration with or without will, etc. He has gained a vast knowledge in drafting Will, Sale Deeds, Settlement Deeds, Executing the probate and other documentary works. He has a vast knowledge about the Prison Service in Scotland; the Rights and Liabilities of a Prisoner, the officers and possible issues in Prison.
Mrs. Manju, BA LLB (Honours), LLM.,

Mrs.Manju has done her LLM in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland and she is also a Registered Foreign Lawyer in England and Wales. Mrs. Manju is an Advocate in India enrolled under the Bar Council of India. She is a Legal Adviser and a Legal Consultant, has got more than 16 years of practical experience, specialized in Civil and commercial Laws, Consumer Laws, Property Laws, Conveyance, Banking Laws, Labour Laws, Matrimonial disputes, Real Estate litigations, and she has knowledge and experience in immigration matters, Contracts both Legal and Paralegal. She has gained knowledge and has experience as a Mediator in Sheriff Courts in Scotland. She has extensive knowledge in Pre-vetting Visa process until the final submission of the Visa and her familiarity with the rules and regulations in India makes her fully equipped in Indian immigration and she deals with all sorts of immigration matters for the Indians abroad and in India.

She handles all the matters from Litigation in Civil, Criminal, Corporate, Banking, Mediation, etc. She is a Panel Lawyer in many Nationalised Banks and she handles the matters relating to RDB Act SARFASEI Act, Companies Act, Trade Marks, etc. She is an Advocate on Record in the Supreme Court of India and handles all the appeal matters before the Supreme Court of India and High Court of Delhi, Patna and Ranchi.
